In 2019, there was a sexual assault every 98 seconds in America, now it is every 68 seconds. I directed a group of artist survivors for an immersive spoken word performance at the LA Art Show to demand an end to sexual violence. The filmed version went on to become an award-winning documentary.

Ben was a DJ at the height of the disco era at WCPC — a safe haven for the San Diego LGBTQIA community and a headquarters for the gay rights movement. At the heart of the installation is a photo collage of archival images and text, alongside Ben's original albums and Billboard Award.
